Nine o’clock after sunset was their time to meet
It was meant to be a joyous evening, filled with nothing but pleasurable moments
But it seemed fate had decided otherwise,
For he saw a great enemy approaching, threatening the lives of everyone he knew and loved
He fought bravely until the sun set and rose again
To find himself badly wounded, but victorious, in the middle of the battlefield
His assignment with love had never slipped his mind, not for a second
So he rushed to the place of meeting, overcoming all the weaknesses of his body
There she lay, sleeping and covered in snow
A pellucid drop had stolen from her eye and turned into ice
She had been waiting for him, all night long
Ever since I joined DeviantArt in 2010, I have posted a winter/Christmas-themed Sonamy picture on the 24th of December. I've kind of grown fond of this tradition, so here is my Sonamy-picture for Christmas 2014! (my fifth picture of this kind )
It's not that much Christmas-themed all right, but it is about love, and that matters the most on this holiday (and in life generally), right?
Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I wish you a good time!

(Amy stirred and woke up, to see Sonic standing before her. She squeals with joy and hugs him tight.)
Amy: Oh, Sonic! Where have you been!?
Sonic: Ol' McNosehair never knows when to quit.
(Amy notices the blood dripping from Sonic's arm. She takes off her scarf and nurses his wound.)
Sonic: I am so sorry...
